SARAH FRANCIS, CPA

Sarah Francis is a Certified Public Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer at Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in public accounting from Colorado Mesa University and her CPA license from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.

After graduation, Sarah worked in public accounting at Dalby, Wendland, & Co, helping small to medium-sized businesses and performing both tax and audit services. She then moved to Rocky Mountain Health Plans, working in finance for 6 years and was promoted to senior accountant and worked closely with the CFO.

In 2010, Sarah joined Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC and was thrilled to be a part of a fast-paced and respectful organization that advocates for the men and women who served our nation by offering them exceptional health care right in their own homes. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for assessing and analyzing the organizational performance both against the annual budget and the long-term strategy of the company. Sarah works closely with the CEO to assist in establishing yearly objectives as well as delivering trends and changes in the operational model. Sarah is responsible for engaging outside audit teams to ensure corporate compliance and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children exploring the outdoors, mountain biking, camping and traveling.
